The transformative science education offered by the Faculty of Science, NUS, equips our graduates with solid disciplinary knowledge as well as future-ready skills. The talk features the myriad learning opportunities under this flexible curriculum, which range from a large variety of major courses and special programmes to study abroad programmes and career preparation. It also highlights the vast career opportunities of our Science alumni and the multiple sectors in which they have made an impact.
Prof Goh Say Song is a Vice Dean at the Faculty of Science, overseeing outreach and admissions. He joined NUS' Department of Mathematics in 1994. He has received numerous teaching awards, including the University Outstanding Educator Award in 2009. His research interests are on the theory and applications of wavelets, approximation theory and harmonic analysis.
