ISI creates a preliminary list based on citation activity and refines it using qualitative analysis and expert judgement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">NUS Deputy President (Research and Technology) Professor Liu Bin said, \u201cNUS is immensely proud of our outstanding researchers who are making a profound impact through their exceptional work and ground-breaking discoveries. Their dedication to pursuing excellence and pushing the boundaries of research is truly inspiring.
