MSc by Coursework Programmes
Our Master of Science (MSc) by Coursework programmes are designed for both working professionals and university graduates who wish to advance their knowledge and careers in their chosen fields of specialisation.
We offer the following MSc by coursework programmes:
- A Bachelor’s (Honours) degree or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree
- A candidate whose medium of undergraduate instruction is not English is required to submit TOEFL (with the minimum score of 85 for the internet-based test) or IELTS (with the minimum score of 6.0).
Equinix Masters Scholarship in Biodiversity Conservation and Nature-based Climate Solutions
The Equinix Masters Scholarship in Biodiversity Conservation and Nature-based Climate Solutions is awarded to students enrolled in the Master of Science in Biodiversity Conservation and Nature-based Climate Solutions (MBCNCS) coursework programme at the National University of Singapore.
The Scholarship is open to students from all nationalities with a vision to develop solutions to current and emergent real-world conservation and climate change problems.

- Complete 40 Units of the prescribed courses for the respective MSc programme with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
- At most 8 Units may be of level 4000 courses, subject to approval.
- A student will be issued a warning if
- His/her GPA falls below 3.00 but above 2.50 for the first time
- A student will be placed on probation if
- His/her GPA falls below 2.50 for the first time
- His/her GPA falls below 3.00 but above 2.50 for two consecutive semesters
- A student will be dismissed if
- His/her GPA falls below 2.50 for two consecutive semesters
- His/her GPA falls below 3.00 for three consecutive semesters
