KWOK Zhi Hao Life Sciences
Zhi Hao developed a passion in cancer research, fuelled by his mother’s demise from cancer in 2004. He acquired a strong foundation in research skills but also learnt the importance of having fun while enjoying learning. He joined the NUS Cuesports Club, where he organised major events and competitions. Zhi Hao is currently a Ph.D. student at the Cancer Science Institute of Singapore. He studies the importance of the non-coding genome and its relevance in cancer progression. He aspires to a career developing novel therapeutics for cancer in the pharmaceutical industry.
