Wellness Activities:- Yoga Evening Stretching Exercise

March 24, 2023

Despite the heavy downpour that dampened the sunset stretching session planned for students on March 22, 2023, the event was successfully relocated to a cozy room at our PitStop@Science, where instructor Ms Aishah Elmie, a certified yoga instructor, led the students through a series of beginner-friendly stretching exercises. While most of the exercises were accessible to all levels, a few challenging moves were thrown in for those seeking a greater challenge. Overall, the session was a success, providing students with a relaxing and invigorating way to end their day.

Quoted by some participants:

Elmer Loh (Life Sciences): “This is a good initiative from the faculty, I’m glad that some of us managed to destress. Thank you for organising!”

Xuejing (Computational Biology): “The instructor is really gentle and supportive.  I felt super good! And the location is quit convenient, cannot think a better place!! Look forward to next yoga session here!”

Gabriel Kyaw (Life Sciences): “The yoga session was really a good opportunity to destress at the end of a busy day! And the level of difficulty was just nice and is a good start.”
