Jian Yong founded SinFooTech, which converts tofu whey into Sachi, a first-of-its-kind soy alcoholic beverage that is brewed using patented fermentation technology.

“My startup promotes sustainable food production through the use of food biotechnology. We hope to reduce the amount of food processing by-products disposed of daily in Singapore, by turning them into value-added food products.”
