Our Class of 2020 graduates face a difficult job market amidst a recession triggered by COVID-19.

FoS Career Advisors recognise our graduates’ anxieties in this time of extreme economic uncertainty and are ready to support them.

“We want our graduates to know that they are not alone. We encourage them to leverage our resources to further hone and develop their skills, so that they are better prepared when the job market recovers,” says Ms QUEK Sue Ing, CFG Career Advisor.

CFG offers a Career-Readiness Roadmap that guides students to be  future-ready for the workplace. Students and fresh graduates can attend its Career Advancement Webinar Series to gain insights into job search strategies, important attributes for the workplace, and opportunities in the gig economy. CFG’s resilience resources also help students to maintain a healthy outlook during their job search.

A Life Sciences graduate (Class of 2020) says, “I am thankful that my Career Advisor helped me to navigate this uncertain and challenging transition. She is always there to encourage me in my job search.”
